Giggys Website Terms of Use
Last Updated: September 2, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of giggys.app (the "Site"), operated by Giggys Inc., a corporation incorporated under the federal laws of Canada (the Canada Business Corporations Act), with its registered office in the Province of Ontario ("Giggys," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms cover the Site only. The Giggys mobile app is governed by its own separate Terms of Service, presented when you create an account.
The Site is an informational and marketing site where you can learn about Giggys, join a waitlist as a shopper or a business, apply for a job, or contact support.
Joining a waitlist through the Site is not a purchase, a contract for services, or a guarantee of access to the Giggys app. We may invite waitlisted users to the app in any order, or on any schedule, at our discretion once it becomes available.
Submitting a job application through the Site does not guarantee an interview or an offer of employment. Our handling of the personal information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use automation, scripts, or bots to submit forms on the Site; impersonate another person; use the Site for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to access any non-public part of our systems.
The Giggys name, logo, and the content of the Site belong to Giggys Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our prior written permission.
The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control and are not responsible for.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GIGGYS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY TO YOU ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Nothing in this Section excludes liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of applicable law, including for Giggys’ own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal Canadian law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms may be brought in the courts of the Province of Ontario.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last Updated" date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
